What things do you need to keep in mind with your exercise to make sure your body stays functioning at its highest, even while shedding the pounds?
1) Include total body weight training

Often when people are trying to lose weight they focus a lot of time on the cardio because they believe it to be the higher calorie burning exercise. But, weight training is going to maintenance your muscles and will make sure your joints are staying healthy and moving well.

3) Use exercise as a complement, not your main source of weight loss
Tip #3 to help you lose weight without the breakdown is to use exercise as a complement to your weight loss, not as the main source of your weight loss. Thinking about exercise is this manner helps you to not over do your exercise as this may lead to you wearing down your body as you lose weight. Use exercise for what it is really good at which is keeping your joints moving well and keeping you body functioning well.
