Welcome back to this week’s edition of 2-Minute Tuesdays where we are talking about one exercise topic for two minutes and giving you three reasons why you should follow our advice. Now this week, we are talking to those of you who are preparing for the new year. Yes, it is a few weeks off, but you want to know what you should be doing now to prepare your body for your workouts going into 2019. As the saying goes, if your New Year’s resolutions are important, they are important enough to start now.
1) Start With Your Trainer Now
Tip Number One If You Want To Prepare For 2019 – Now is a great time to start working with your trainer rather than waiting for the holidays to end. A lot of times prospective clients think that they should wait until January to jump into their health and fitness goals, but you have a great few weeks here to get your body ready to work on your goals. Starting with your trainer now can help you to get your body prepared to tackle everything you want to accomplish in 2019.

3) You Do Not Have To Be 100% Healthy
Tip Number Three If You Want To Prepare For 2019 – Remember that to stay healthy, your healthy ventures do not have to be 100%. Especially during the holidays, if you feel like you cannot be perfect one day, don’t let the entire day be a failure. Remember that every single day you are allowed to have slip ups and you are allowed to have healthy times. Make sure you take advantage of the times when you can be doing healthy activities for your physical and mental health to hold you through the holidays until the new year hits.
