One misconception out there about doing any exercise is you have to have “perfect posture”… whatever that even means. In most cases it is implying that you sit up as tall as you can with your back appearing as straight as possible. However, there can be tremendous issues that come from using this posture while doing trunk rotation exercises.
So how should your posture be instead? This slight tweak that we show you this week can make a huge difference in how your body feels after doing trunk rotations.
