Welcome back to this week’s edition of 2-Minute Tuesdays where we are talking about one exercise topic for two minutes and giving you three reasons why you should follow our advice. Now, this week we are giving you three reasons why you would be a great fit for personal training.
1) You Find Yourself Injured Or Achy Often
Reason number one why you should be working with a personal trainer – if you notice that every couple weeks you are injuring yourself in the gym or you are feeling a lot of aches and pains, it may be a good idea to be working with an exercise professional. They will know when to pull back the reigns and to slow down your workouts so you don’t experience these aches and injuries.

2) You Have Been Doing The Same Workouts
Reason number two why you should be working with a personal trainer – if you have been doing the same workouts for more than six months. If you go to the gym and do the same workout that you have been doing day after day for the last six months or more, it is time for you to get your body assessed and evaluated to find out how you should be working out at this moment in time.

3) Your Exercise Lacks Consistency
The last reason why you should consider working with a personal trainer is if your exercise lacks consistency. Often time, the reason we don’t see success in the gym is due to lack of repeated efforts at the gym. Scheduling with a trainer will help you be more consistent.
Action Step: Write your workout time in your schedule with a pen. Your workouts must be scheduled and they must be prioritized if they are going to get done.
